After you have tracked your consumption for three days, you will receive a personal quit plan. On the fourth day you will receive more explanation about the quit plan, which can be adjusted to your personal preferences if desired.
If you forget to log your usage one day, you can continue the next day. The app reminds you daily of the number of sprays you can/may take that day. If you are unable to quit within the set period, you can extend the quit plan.
